While BTGN is looking for some newsposters (clicky), we at MEC could also use some help on keeping our site hot and secksy. We are looking for some people to help write guides and articles on the Lord of the Rings Online (details) as well as a number of strategy moderators for BfME (link again).

Position: Strategy Moderator

Games (OR, not AND): Battle for Middle Earth, Battle for Middle Earth II 1.06, Battle for Middle Earth II BT2:DC, Rise of the Witch-King
Task/Job Description:
Re-vitalise the current strategy section. Is in charge of both writing strategy guides, as being the “first” to answer any strategy related questions.
Requirements:
Decent grammar and spelling, willingness to spend time on writing strategy articles, must be a skilled player or at least have knowledge of many of the strategies, units etc.

Position: Lord of the Rings Online Editor/Writer

Game: The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar, (future) The Lord of the Rings Online: Mines of Moria
Task/Job Description:
Write recurring articles on LotRO. Examples of these artciles and guides would be class- or craft vocation- specific guides, quest guides, regional features or articles etc. etc.
Requirements:
Good grammar and spelling, willingness to spend time on writing articles, must own and play LotRO. Knowledge of (basic) HTML and Wordpress’ dashboard is a plus but not required. Position requires at least once having played most of the game (high level chara)
