How to let cetrain AI/player summon Balrog from spellbook /

Hi everyone, I have tried many ways to let enemy AI to summon Balrog from the spellbook. But so for no succes. I was hoping if anyone could tell me how this can be accomplished. This is my code and it doesnt work. Nothing happens...
*** IF *** True. *** THEN *** Spawn unit of type 'MordorFortressCitadel' on Team 'PlyrCreeps/teamPlyrCreeps' at waypoint Waypoint 'PlyCreeps Fortress' Player 'PlyrCreeps' is given 180 Rank Levels. Player 'PlyrCreeps' attempts to purchase Science Science 'SCIENCE_BalrogAlly'. Player 'PlyrCreeps' is granted Science 'SCIENCE_BalrogAlly'. Player 'PlyrCreeps' fires Special power 'SpellBookBalrogAlly' at Waypoint 'Balrog Summon'. Many Thanks in Advance  Mastermind |
