The creators of the excellent fan-project "Third Age: Total War" have just released the second major release of their mod. Version 2.0 is a brand-new standalone version of the mod that features an updated "Eriador" faction - with the possibility to emerge as a new "Arnor" faction - an all-new scripted fellowship campaign, and a bulkload of tweaks and changes to the AI, existing factions and the campaign map. To play the mod, all you need is the latest version of Medieval 2: Total War with the Kingdoms expansion installed.
