Very cool :).
Mithrandir7:
That was a cool interview, liked the fact that they think the AI Bots are coming along well. Also cool that character uniforms and all that is customizable. I wonder if they are going to have weapon degradation like in Fallout?
zach:
It seems like Snowblind is including a lot of ideas from their past games.... Sadly I have never played one of them.
Mithrandir7:
Neither have I, but it is good that they are including some tried and tested methods into the new game. I just really hope they don't get bogged down in adding too much non-canon material to the game.
Arvedui:
Nice interview.
Just not a fan of the trailer.
Ilaras of The Dunedain:
Trailer was cool. Loved the music at the end.
Wow that interview was a tad annoying. :P But yeah I like how each race has their own perks. Which is pretty default in fantasy RPGs... Still, the shield, I can NOT get past that shield! :ehh:
Cheeky Hobbit:
It's interesting that, in the very first WitN trailer, the human is a warrior. Oh how I wish that was still the case...
ElveHaldir:
Yeah, I noticed that again too :P
However, I have heard of some people that Snowblind usually adds a lot of "cross-class" skills, like giving a mage some very good close combat skills.
If that's the case, I guess I should be rooting for some kind of Mage-warrior :P

Well it depends on how they do Co-Op. If you can have 2 people per console I am up for as many players as they can fit, but if they do it like most modern games, to play online co-op you must have 1 per console. I never understood it, its not like playing online is that much more demanding on your console.
One of the many reasons I love Halo so much, it is part AND online friendly.
ElveHaldir:
Unless they come up with the Human warrior class I think the number of party members is pretty much written in stone. One slot for each class is probably what they had in mind so you'll have to work together with the other classes.
Leggy:
I still disagree about the Mage class.

Cheeky Hobbit:
I'm not sure if it's just sheer ignorance of Tolkien lore, or an intentional design choice to appeal to RPG audiences rather than purely LOTR audiences - although I would assume it's the second. When I first saw the announcement trailer for the game, I was pretty excited. Why? Because I saw no silly magic; it looked suitably mature and accurate.
I think if they made the Elf have healing abilities and simpler forms of magic, I'd be fairly okay with that; it makes a bit more sense than having the human possess these elaborate spells and such.
Ah well.

Looks better than Conquest, but still looks rather generic. Mages and female elven warriors are very typical, and the designs (whilst much better than Conquest) still remind me of WOW-type games, as opposed to the under-stated yet brilliant WETA designs from the films.
Samus1111111:
personally I'm reserving judgement until more info/trailers are released, but just have to say that that extended trailer was pretty cool (from a pure action perspective) and I will definitely be playing a dwarf because DWARVES RULE!!!!!!
