Last week, Sir Ian McKellen (Gandalf in the trilogy) appeared on ‘the View’, ABC’s morning “chat fest” . He was there to promote his new six-part series ‘The Prisoner’. However, most of the interview was about Swine Flu, Banks, Britain and to finish it all off, Goldberg asked McKellen if he was “coming back for Harry Potter”. McKellen said he did plan on coming back for ‘the Hobbit’, but apparently he doesn’t have a trip planned for Hogwarts.
