Ian McKellen has been in the news quite a bit lately regarding the upcoming Hobbit movies. Yesterday he appeared on the UK talk show the Paul O’Grady Show. He confirmed that he has received both scripts and that he could not speak to anyone regarding them. In addition he confirmed some of the original cast members would be returning, of which only Andy Serkis is confirmed. Ian Mckellen also stated that he does not know who is cast as Bilbo, but that he believes it is an English actor.Filming for the two Hobbit movies is due to start in March or April of next year. Hopefully that means news will begin to start churning out soon.
