As is being reported on our forums, several people have been having problems when running four-player splitscreen on their Xbox360 system. Pandemic is now working on a patch to fix the issue, and has brought forth a temporary fix that may solve your problems right away.

We have found the glitch causing issues for 3-4 player splitscreen on the Xbox 360. With this we will be addressing that glitch in a forth coming patch. For users who would like to enjoy 3-4 player splitscreen now on their Xbox 360’s please follow the below steps for a temporary workaround.

Go to the Xbox 360 dashboard—> Scroll to My Xbox Scroll all the way to the right and select System Settings. Select Console Settings. Select Display. Select Screen Format. Select Widescreen.

While the above is a small work around that should resolve the issue, we will formally address the issue in an upcoming patch. If you are still having issues after applying the above please feel free to send me a message in the forums.
