Its a plugin for wordpress, so its HTML/Javascript mixed with PHP and MySQL and Flash to power the backend...
Its based around the JW FLV player, which is available for free. You can throw that on your website and call it using Javascript. Anyway, if you want to know the technical details just pass along a PM, no need to bore everyone here.
